Aztec Landscape Services, LLC offers two residential maintenance programs.

WEEKLY MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

Consist of a one year contract. The weekly program is for those who expect professional and proper horticultural care of their exterior landscape. A professional trained crew will be one site each week to perform the following services:

• Pruning (e.g. hand or shearing may be perform)
• Weed control
• Tree maintenance (e.g. raising canopy up to 10 ft.)
• Weed-eating
• Edging (e.g. curbs, sidewalks, driveways & patios)
• Mowing of all turf areas
• Irrigation system start-up, shut-down, & monitoring
• Scalping of warm season in the Spring (Bermuda)
• Leaf removal
• Chemical treatment on turf areas
• General clean up on natural areas

BI-WEEKLY or SEASONAL MAINTENANCE

Design for those clients who do not have the need for weekly maintenance or are in a budget. A professional trained crew will perform all bi-weekly or seasonal service functions which are as follows:

• Pruning (e.g. as needed by hand or shearing)
• Edging (e.g. curbs, sidewalks, driveways, & patios)
• Weed-eating
• Blowing
• Mowing of all turf areas
• General cleanups

OTHER SERVICES

Aerate and over seed, Pine straw & mulch Installation, landscape & hardscape installation.
